Helping Runners find Structure, Stay Consistent & Show up for themselves.

Download the FREE Runner's Structure Guide where I show you how to stay consistent with your training - without burnout and with a busy schedule.
✅Stay consistent with your training
✅Fit running into your busy life
✅No more starting over every week
I know what it’s like to juggle a busy life —
work, responsibilities, training —
and still feel like you’re constantly trying to catch up.
I tried everything —
random training plans, starting over every week,
pushing harder… doing more…
But nothing actually worked consistently.
The truth? Most runners struggle because:
❌ They don’t have a clear structure
❌ They’re inconsistent with their training
❌ They’re trying to figure everything out on their own
👉 And that leads to frustration… burnout… and starting over again
I was there too.
But when I focused on structure over motivation, everything changed.
I finally had a simple system that helped me:
👉 stay consistent
👉 train with intention
👉 and actually see progress

Inside this FREE Runner’s Structure Guide, you’ll discover:
✅ The mindset shift that changed the way I approach training completely
✅ Why most runners stay stuck in inconsistency (without even realising it)
✅ The simple structure I use to stay disciplined — even during busy seasons
✅ How to stop relying on motivation and create routines that actually last
✅ The key to building progress without burnout, pressure or starting over
I know what it’s like trying to balance work, life, training…
and still wanting to show up well for yourself as a runner.
It’s so easy to fall into the cycle of starting over, feeling behind, or struggling to stay consistent.
That’s exactly why I created this guide 🤍
To help runners build simple structure that actually works in real life — not just on paper.
Sub-9 Comrades Runner

The Comrades Marathon is the world's oldest and largest Ultramarathon.
First Race: 1921
Between Durban & Pietermaritzburg (South Africa)
Roughly 85 - 91 km depending on the route.

Comrades is run in TWO directions:
👉 Up Run = Durban → Pietermaritzburg
👉 Down Run = Pietermaritzburg → Durban
And YES… 👉 both are brutal in different ways 😅

Thousands enter… but not everyone finishes 👀
👉 Cut-offs are STRICT
👉 Mental strength matters just as much as fitness
💥 This race exposes: discipline, fueling, pacing & mindset
Not everyone sees the alarms.

And somehow…
you still get up and train 🏃♀️🔥
Because Ultra & Comrades marathon runners understand something different:
👉 consistency matters more than perfection

People see the medal…
but they don’t always see the life behind it 👀
The 8–5 job
The family responsibilities
The early mornings
The tired body
The balancing act
And somehow…

You still show up and train
THIS IS REAL LIFE FOR ME TOO🤍

And that’s exactly why I had to learn how to build structure that actually works in real life
Because consistency doesn’t come from motivation.
👉 It comes from having the right systems in place
